I've been trying to find something like this brilliant little tool for years. It works like a batch file across all selected folders and files and is far superior to Filemonkey.
I've already used it to clear out 300Mb of large backup files from a variety of applications and replace out-of-date details on my stationery - all in about five minutes.
It's simple, fast and customisable.
The "basket" concept takes a bit of getting used to but it's not a major drawback.
